Greek Fried Chicken
Our Greek rub is the perfect seasoning for this crispy and flavorful fried chicken recipe!
Ingredients:
2lbs chicken tenders or breast
2.5 cups All Purpose Flour
2.5 - 3 tbsp Kara’s Greek Rub
1 qt Buttermilk
Extra fine salt, season to taste
Oil for frying: peanut, corn or any other high smoke point oil you prefer
Recipe:
Combine flour and Kara’s Greek rub in a medium size bowl
In a separate bowl, add buttermilk
Dredge chicken in flour mixture, then buttermilk, then flour mixture again
Fry chicken at 325F for about 7-10 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165F
Sprinkle fried chicken with extra fine salt and fried rosemary for some extra flavor!
