Parmesan Crusted Greek Roasted Potatoes
These potatoes are SO DANG GOOD! And also SO easy with just a few ingredients!
Ingredients:
1/2 stick butter, melted
1.5-2 tbsp Kara’s Greek Rub
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 package (24oz) baby Red of Yukon Gold Potatoes, halved
Recipe:
Preheat oven to 425F
Add melted butter to 9x13 baking dish
Sprinkle Kara’s Greek Rub over butter. Mix together and spread evenly
Add a layer of Parmesan cheese
Score the potatoes and place them face down into the seasoning mixture
Bake for 30-35 minutes (depending on the size of the potatoes). Potatoes should be tender and Parmesan creates a golden crust on the bottom.
Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes before serving
