Baked Feta Pasta
I’m sure this isn’t the first time you’ve seen this recipe - it’s trending ALL over social media!
Naturally, we had to try it. But of course we had to add a little more GREEK to it👌
Ingredients:
8oz pasta (we chose Banza Cavatappi pasta for extra protein)
8oz block feta
1 pint cherry tomatoes
Kara’s Greek Marinade
1 garlic clove
Zest of a lemon
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Chopped fresh basil
Recipe:
In a baking dish, add tomatoes and feta
Generously drizzle with Kara’s Greek Marinade, salt and pepper
Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35mins (until tomatoes start to pop)
Remove from oven and add chopped garlic, lemon zest, red pepper flakes and basil
Pop the tomatoes, and mix up everything in the dish until creamy (add 1/2 cup pasta water if too dry)
Add cooked pasta, top with more basil and serve!
It was delicious!! Highly recommend trying this one out👩🍳
You could also skip the pasta part and serve as a Baked Feta Dip served with pita bread or baguette!
