Our product is not manufactured in a gluten free kitchen, so it cannot be labeled as certified GF. However, the ingredients in the marinade do not contain gluten.

Is it ok to leave the marinade out, or should I refrigerate it?
You can leave the marinade out on your counter/pantry or refrigerate it! Just make sure you shake well before using.

How long does a bottle of marinade last?
Shelf life for an unopened bottle is 2 years. Once it is open, we recommend within 6 months.
