Marinated Potato Wedges
Potatoes with all your favorite Mediterranean flavors! Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these potato wedges won’t last long and will be a family favorite side dish.
Ingredients:
3-4 large russet potatoes
Kara’s Greek Marinade
Salt & Pepper
Fresh parsley, oregano or lemon (optional garnish)
Recipe:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Cut potatoes into wedges
In a large bowl, toss potatoes with Kara’s Greek Marinade, salt and pepper
Arrange potatoes standing up on a baking sheet (or if you lay them flat, make sure you flip them over half way through cooking)
Bake for 40-50 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy
Garnish with fresh parsely or oregano and lemon
