Marinated Potato Wedges

Potatoes with all your favorite Mediterranean flavors! Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these potato wedges won’t last long and will be a family favorite side dish.

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 large russet potatoes

  • Kara’s Greek Marinade

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Fresh parsley, oregano or lemon (optional garnish)

Recipe:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees

  • Cut potatoes into wedges

  • In a large bowl, toss potatoes with Kara’s Greek Marinade, salt and pepper

  • Arrange potatoes standing up on a baking sheet (or if you lay them flat, make sure you flip them over half way through cooking)

  • Bake for 40-50 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy

  • Garnish with fresh parsely or oregano and lemon
