Grilled Chicken Kabobs

These juicy, grilled chicken kabobs are the BEST kabobs you will ever have!

Tender chicken marinated in Kara’s Greek Marinade, then skewered with fresh vegetables and grilled to perfection. You can’t beat this healthy dinner recipe!

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Breasts (cubed)

  • 2 Zucchini

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper

  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper

  • 1 package Baby Bella Mushrooms

  • (Onions and tomatoes are also good veggies to add)

Recipe:

  • Preheat grill to 400 degrees

  • Cube and marinate chicken breast for 30 minutes or overnight for even more flavor

  • Cut vegetables into similar sizes

  • Assemble the kabobs with the marinated chicken and vegetables

  • Grill for 3-4 minutes each side

  • brush a little more marinade on the kabobs for one last flavor burst! And grill for 2 more minutes

  • Remove from grill and serve!

You can use this recipe for steak kabobs as well!
