Marinated Chicken
One of the most popular ways our customers like to use Kara’s Greek Marinade is on chicken!
Ingredients:
2-3 lbs Chicken breasts
Kara’s Greek Marinade
Ziplock bag (preferred) or flat container
Recipe:
Place chicken in ziplock bag and pour in the marinade - amount will vary depending if you use a ziplock or container. Use enough to cover the chicken
Lay flat in refrigerator overnight (for best results) or at least 30 minutes before cooking
Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before cooking - You can grill, bake or sauté!
Grilling: remove chicken breast from the bad and place on a hot grill over medium heat. Grill for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until thermometer reads 160 degrees F.
Stove: Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to a skillet on the stove. Heat the oil over medium/high heat. Add chicken breast to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 5 minutes, flip your chicken, and cook for another 5 minutes
Serve with grilled vegetables or a salad
