Marinated Chicken

One of the most popular ways our customers like to use Kara’s Greek Marinade is on chicken!

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 lbs Chicken breasts

  • Kara’s Greek Marinade

  • Ziplock bag (preferred) or flat container

Recipe:

  • Place chicken in ziplock bag and pour in the marinade - amount will vary depending if you use a ziplock or container. Use enough to cover the chicken

  • Lay flat in refrigerator overnight (for best results) or at least 30 minutes before cooking

  • Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before cooking - You can grill, bake or sauté!

  • Grilling: remove chicken breast from the bad and place on a hot grill over medium heat. Grill for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until thermometer reads 160 degrees F.

  • Stove: Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to a skillet on the stove. Heat the oil over medium/high heat. Add chicken breast to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 5 minutes, flip your chicken, and cook for another 5 minutes

  • Serve with grilled vegetables or a salad
