Homemade Pita Chips
No more trying to dip store-bought pita chip crumbs into your delicious dip. These 3 ingredient homemade pita chips are easy to make and the perfect crunch for any dip or spread!
Ingredients:
12 pita bread pockets
2.5 tsp Kara’s Greek Rub
1/3 cup Olive Oil
Recipe:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line two rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
Mix together the oil and KG Rub in a small bowl.
Cut each pita bread into 8 triangles using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
Arrange the pita triangles in a single layer on each of the prepared baking sheets
Brush with oil mixture. Not all will fit (I was able to fit 2 pitas on one baking sheet), so set remaining triangles aside.
Bake on two racks until lightly browned and crispy, about 7-10 minutes, switching halfway through.
Remove from oven and place pita chips on a serving platter.
Repeat Steps 4 thru 6 with remaining triangles and oil mixture.
Serve with your favorite dip (we highly recommend our Greek Hummus dip recipe) and enjoy!
