Baked Feta & Tomato Appetizer

Few ingredients + Delicious = Sign Me Up!

This simple Baked Feta appetizer can be made so many ways - add olives, onions, or any other veggies to make it your own!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 8-10 oz block Feta Cheese

  • Kara’s Greek Marinade

  • Fresh oregano or parsley

Recipe:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  • Cut tomatoes into pieces

  • In an oven safe dish, layer in the block of feta cheese first then top with tomatoes, salt & pepper and a drizzle of Kara’s Greek Marinade on top

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until feta is soft

  • After baking, sprinkle with your fresh herb of choice

  • Mix it all together (if feta is a little dry, just add a little more marinade!)

  • Serve with bagel chips, pita bread or baguette
