Air Fryer Salmon
Air fried salmon is a great weekday meal! Have a healthy and delicious meal on your table on 15 mins. You can also do this with any other type of fish - tilapia, mahi mahi or cod would also be great options.
Ingredients
1.5 lbs Salmon
Kara’s Greek Rub
1-2 tbsp Olive oil
Recipe
Preheat air fryer to 385 degrees (remove sheet pans if you have an oven type air fryer)
Prep salmon: lightly drizzle olive oil on top and skin side of salmon, then generously rub Kara’s Greek Rub on both side of fish.
Add salmon to rack (skin side down) and cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove from air fryer and serve with veggies or a side salad!
