Greek Fried Chicken

Our Greek rub is the perfect seasoning for this crispy and flavorful fried chicken recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 2lbs chicken tenders or breast

  • 2.5 cups All Purpose Flour

  • 2.5 - 3 tbsp Kara’s Greek Rub

  • 1 qt Buttermilk

  • Extra fine salt, season to taste

  • Oil for frying: peanut, corn or any other high smoke point oil you prefer

Recipe:

  • Combine flour and Kara’s Greek rub in a medium size bowl

  • In a separate bowl, add buttermilk

  • Dredge chicken in flour mixture, then buttermilk, then flour mixture again

  • Fry chicken at 325F for about 7-10 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165F

  • Sprinkle fried chicken with extra fine salt and fried rosemary for some extra flavor!
