Parmesan Crusted Greek Roasted Potatoes

These potatoes are SO DANG GOOD! And also SO easy with just a few ingredients!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 stick butter, melted

  • 1.5-2 tbsp Kara’s Greek Rub

  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 package (24oz) baby Red of Yukon Gold Potatoes, halved

Recipe:

  • Preheat oven to 425F

  • Add melted butter to 9x13 baking dish

  • Sprinkle Kara’s Greek Rub over butter. Mix together and spread evenly

  • Add a layer of Parmesan cheese

  • Score the potatoes and place them face down into the seasoning mixture

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes (depending on the size of the potatoes). Potatoes should be tender and Parmesan creates a golden crust on the bottom.

  • Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes before serving
