Baked Feta Pasta

I’m sure this isn’t the first time you’ve seen this recipe - it’s trending ALL over social media!

Naturally, we had to try it. But of course we had to add a little more GREEK to it👌

Ingredients:

  • 8oz pasta (we chose Banza Cavatappi pasta for extra protein)

  • 8oz block feta

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes

  • Kara’s Greek Marinade

  • 1 garlic clove

  • Zest of a lemon

  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Chopped fresh basil

    Recipe:

  • In a baking dish, add tomatoes and feta

  • Generously drizzle with Kara’s Greek Marinade, salt and pepper

  • Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35mins (until tomatoes start to pop)

  • Remove from oven and add chopped garlic, lemon zest, red pepper flakes and basil

  • Pop the tomatoes, and mix up everything in the dish until creamy (add 1/2 cup pasta water if too dry)

  • Add cooked pasta, top with more basil and serve!

It was delicious!! Highly recommend trying this one out👩‍🍳

You could also skip the pasta part and serve as a Baked Feta Dip served with pita bread or baguette!
