Homemade Croutons

This 3 ingredient crouton recipe is so much better than store bought! Use in salads, soups or just eat them straight off the pan!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups bread (cut into 3 inch cubes)

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • 3 tsp Karas Greek Rub

Recipe

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper

  • Add bread cubes to a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil

  • Sprinkle in Karas Greek Rub

  • Spread the cubes into a single layer on the baking sheet

  • Bake until golden, tossing halfway through, about 15-20 minutes

  • Remove from oven and let cook
