Air Fryer Salmon

Air fried salmon is a great weekday meal! Have a healthy and delicious meal on your table on 15 mins. You can also do this with any other type of fish - tilapia, mahi mahi or cod would also be great options.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Salmon

  • Kara’s Greek Rub

  • 1-2 tbsp Olive oil

Recipe

  • Preheat air fryer to 385 degrees (remove sheet pans if you have an oven type air fryer)

  • Prep salmon: lightly drizzle olive oil on top and skin side of salmon, then generously rub Kara’s Greek Rub on both side of fish.

  • Add salmon to rack (skin side down) and cook for 10 to 12 minutes.

  • Remove from air fryer and serve with veggies or a side salad!
