Whipped Feta Dip

This feta dip is one of Kara’s go-to appetizer and is perfect for a Mezze platter!

Whip this up in 5 minutes and serve with warm pita bread.

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz Feta Cheese

  • 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese

  • 1 clove Garlic, minced

  • 3 tbsp Kara’s Greek Marinade

  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

  • 2-3 tsp Water or Feta Brine

Recipe:

  • Place all 6 ingredients into a blender or food processor

  • Blend until smooth

  • Add more liquid (marinade, water or brine) as needed for desired consistency

  • Serve with warm pita bread or your favorite veggies!
